Who We Are
AuraBay Health is an independent, licensed health insurance brokerage. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, healthcare.gov, any state exchange, Medicare, or Medicaid. We are not an insurance carrier and we do not issue policies, pay claims, or make coverage determinations.
Services Provided
We assist individuals, families, and business owners in identifying and enrolling in private health insurance coverage. Our services include:
- Connecting you with a licensed advisor to discuss your situation
- Identifying plans you may be eligible for and presenting options
- Facilitating the application and enrollment process with insurance carriers
- Ongoing policy servicing and support after enrollment
We do not represent every insurance carrier or every plan available in your area. The plans we present are those offered by carriers we are appointed with and licensed to sell in your state.
How We Are Paid
We charge you nothing. When you enroll in a plan through us, the insurance carrier pays us a commission. This does not increase your premium — carrier rates are filed with and approved by state regulators, and are the same whether you enroll through a broker or directly. Commission amounts vary between carriers and products.
No Quote, No Guarantee of Coverage
Nothing on this website is a quote. Submitting the form on this site requests a conversation with a licensed advisor; it is not an application for insurance and does not bind coverage.
Any figures an advisor discusses with you before an application is submitted are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not binding. Final pricing, eligibility, and the terms of any policy are determined solely by the insurance carrier, in most cases following a medical underwriting review. Coverage exists only once a carrier issues a policy and you have paid the premium.
The policy documents issued by the carrier govern your coverage. Where anything an advisor says or anything on this site conflicts with those documents, the carrier's documents control.

When you submit the form on this site, you consent to being contacted by AuraBay Health and its licensed advisors at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message. This consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may withdraw it at any time. The details, including how to opt out, are in our Privacy Policy.
Communications you send us through the chat window, our booking page, email, or text are treated as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or medical records through these channels.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting any form or communicating with our advisors. Providing false or misleading information during the quoting or enrollment process may result in denial of coverage or policy rescission by the carrier.
No Medical, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, or tax advice. We are an insurance brokerage, not a healthcare provider, law firm, or accounting firm. All health-related decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified medical professional, and questions about the deductibility of premiums should be directed to your own tax adviser.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraBay Health, its agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services or the insurance regulator in your own state.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AuraBay Health regarding this website. They do not alter the terms of any insurance policy you obtain, which are set by the carrier.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes your acceptance.
